Bruce Seifert
Principal
Bruce has 20 years experience in animation production management, and is currently a consultant to the Animation industry. He completed his coaching education with Corporate Coach University. Bruce has coached and mentored hundreds of individuals, from brand new employees to vice presidents. Bruce has a particular skill for guiding high-performing individual contributors in their journey to be successful managers and leaders. He is dedicated to improving work environments by helping managers become more effective leaders.
Bruce earned his B.A. from the University of California at San Diego. His hobbies include vegetable gardening and dog agility. He makes his home in Pasadena, California with his family, two dogs and a koi pond.
Scott Wyler
Principal
Scott has a passion for helping people improve. He earned his B.A. from the University of California at San Diego, and his M.Ed. in Training & Performance Improvement from Capella University. He began his career in the arts, appearing on stages throughout the U.S. After transitioning to the corporate world, he rose to the VP level at a Fortune 100 company. As a consultant, Scott has trained and coached employees at firms of all sizes, across multiple industries, with the guiding principle that any performance intervention has value only if it leads to improved results.
Scott is a past Vice President of ASTD-Los Angeles. He also volunteers as a staff director at Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, a non-profit camp for children with cancer and their families. He lives in Encino, California with his wife Lori and son Bennett.
